I want to create "sound" that can be attatched to my images....
Images: Free hand drawing mixed with digital images that will be 3D drawings, photos, and colarges. Also very short motion pictures can be in it. They will give a moment to recall my memories. ... Those images move very slowly. Each one has stories.... from books I have read, from films that I like, from my diary, from my thought, from my happiness, from my sadness, from whatever I feel everyday.... They are like floating images in my mind. When they are put togather, they will start to talk each other. They will be one idea about me. "Me" who are defined by myself and defined by its surroundings..... The work will be a personal statement to myself and to my people, but not to other people. The work self will be a kind of a collage with moving images and, of course, with "sound"!
Sounds: Soft sound will ocupy the entire time. It will contain several natural sound like a wind, leaves, waves. And maybe some conversations will be attatched. Also some minimal music can be added. "Minimal" means minimal..... limited is better words, maybe. I cannot make any music and I don't know how. I don't play any musical instruments. So verry foundermental tones and rhythm can be fit. Tempo is also important. It will be the same speed as my heartbeat. It can be up and down. The volume is also up and down. The scale is always changing like it is alive. For the punctuation, some cute sounds can be used. They can change the direction of the moment, and they can give some fresh air. There is no hard core music or loud sound. The work will be reluxing sound like you are in your daily life. One more thing, sound of silence is important, too! Why....?
These images and sounds show my internal memories, expressions, dreams, maybe hopes for future. It can be an instaltaion or a video work. It is a piece that contains sounds and images. But it can be exist only a sound-self, maybe.....
Oh, I wanna show this piece at a public, if I can. it will be wonderful! Is just a dream... Maybe its will be posted on my web. (Although I don't have my web yet.... !)
Synopsis
This is my first experiment of sound piece. This 1 minute "sound" contains the basic element of the mave form. The tone of "A" is the wave length that the 440Hz goes nice to people's ears. It is used for an eqipment check as technical meaning. The freqency gives simple pattern..... brabrabra....
