IDEA 20090606 Laoban Speaker Workshop

The Laoban Speaker Workshop is set to create custom Laoban speakers with simple Chinese parts. There are a few sections to the workshop:

  • Discussion about Laoban concept and speaker design
  • Dissassemble the small speaker for parts list, take pictures of the parts
  • Make a parts list, and get it, and/or find other cases or parts depending on personal modifications
  • Develop listed plan for re-assembling the parts into either simple configuration, including steps to recreate written here
  • Cut necessary materials
  • Assemble materials into parts
  • Test the box
  • Take picture and video of speaker and post up on flickr, vimeo, youtube and link here
