Ah, you thought I was all tired and busy now 
Well, if you are in and around San Francisco next TUESDAY from 6-9 PM, during happy hour in downtown San Francisco, Lu, myself, and several others under the name “Fabricatorz” are putting on an event described below. We received a nice grant from Southern Exposure to put the event on, so come on out, bring your camera to record clips, win some money ($$$) for performing or having the best recording of the event, have some drinks (drink tickets!) and network:

A Video Event Presented by Fabricatorz
Zappa Room at 111 Minna Street, San Francisco
Tuesday October 30 from 6-9PM
Free and Open to the PublicSix women, chosen for this video taping event, will have five minutes to perform their race while independent video producers with crew will produce videos during the event. You’re invited to join, watch, and vote on the performances as they are simultaneously projected live in the Zappa Room at 111 Minna, SF. The rest of the night will continue on with DJ sets by Raf Canedo and Eric Zhu using live media from the night for live productions. Plus, the whole night will be telecast on AccessSF public TV in San Francisco in November with the winning performance and video announced soon after! Come on out, get a drink, work into the mix and show some color!

NOTE: This is a live working event, where video is going is being shot during the event of the performers, YOU (anyone) are encouraged to bring a camera (video or still) and record footage, and the best rated performer will receive a prize as well as best recording from the night. We will have a capture station to log footage live. Then, the night will transition to Raf Canedo and Eric Zhu both using media recorded live during the night to compose music to liven the event. Come on out and work into the mix!
Anyone who wants to shoot footage during the night, please contact us. We would like to pair you with one of the performers…or you can roam around and shoot what you like!
