rejon.org is Jon Phillips.

Jon Phillips is an artist and developer who builds communities and grows successful media projects. He helped launch Inkscape, an open source drawing tool in 2002, leads the Open Clip Art Library, built Creative Commons' community and business development strategies over the last three years and is currently growing the media company, Fabricatorz.
