Inkscape and Creative Commons Summer of Code

Today (7) and Tomorrow (8) are the last days for submitting to both Inkscape, an Open Source drawing tool, and Creative Commons, an organization that offers flexible copyright laws for creative works, applications for Google Summer of Code.

Similarly, for Creative Commons, look on the Summer of Code 2006 wiki page to find out how to contribute and which one of the projects if for you.

Students, Google’s Summer of Code is a way to earn $4500 for the summer by contributing to and successfully completed your proposed plan on an Open Source project.
