This is a brilliant tool that exposes one of the greatest strengths in Open Source, participation through International translation! Dotsub seems to be doing the same but for getting participation for translation of videos.

This the “Jedi Circle” at Creative Commons.
All of these lovely images were shot by Ryan Junell.
Also, Creative Commons Salon 2 went quite well. The attendance was a tad lower, but that is to be expected post the first event. Don’t forget to post up your blog posts, podcasts, photos, etc to the CC Salon site (a wiki).
From the main Creative Commons website:
Please join us for the second CC Salon, taking place in San Francisco on Wednesday, April 12 from 6-9 PM at Shine (1337 Mission Street between 8th and 9th Streets). CC Salon is a casual get-together focused on conversation and community-building with 2-3 brief presentations from individuals and groups developing projects with relationship to Creative Commons. Please invite your friends, colleagues, and anyone you know who might be interested in drinks and discussion. We look forward to seeing you there!
Following the first successful salon, this event focuses on “Net-based Music.” James Polanco is presenting about “Podcasting and the Fake Science Digital Music Store” and
Lucas Gonze is talking about “How the Net is Changing Music.” Lucas Gonze is the creator of Webjay and is a frequent Creative Commons supporter. Also, we have a special surprise guest. We’ve set up http://www.creativecommons.org/salon where you can find the latest information about CC Salon. It is also place where the community may contribute ideas, make suggestions, and submit proposals for future events.
You can track this event on upcoming.org along with every future monthly 2nd Wednesday CC Salon.
In my ongoing quest to get my laptop working better, I found out about this open source apanel kernel module to allow one to use the extra keys above the keyboard.
I need to add my other howtos here for getting my swcursor working and most importantly ACPI. If you are looking for these and I haven’t added them, please contact me.
After I got back from LGM, I spent my sick time fixing my laptop and desktop. Seems I only have the capacity to do this when ill.
I also found this good page which has much help on setting up features on fujitsu lifebooks.
Also, this page is for the hotswap application which allows you to swap out drives.
