This is the funniest video I’ve seen in a long time. This guy has to be one of the cheesiest of all time. Seems that others agree.
Yes, that’s right. I upgraded mysql to solve some issues with ccmixter.org and my upgrade led me down an amazing amount of rabbit holes.
If you are upgrading to the latest dev-db/mysql-4.1.14 then you will have to upgrade dev-php/mod_php-4.4.0-r9 which requires that you first emerge prior to this, net-libs/libwww, which links the proper new libmysql.so.14. How annoying!
Hopefully by posting this I will help someone else…I eventually found the bug in another person’s blog post.
I got some things done today: updated bio along with Chinese translation of bio.
My life at the moment is this: more jobs, more money, more problems, less open source, less time.
Bryce and I are trying to figure out how to encourage more participation in Open Clip Art Library right now that we are both so busy.
In general, I hope to seek out new people and help to push development along on all the projects I’m involved in.
New resolution is to not add new projects, but push the current ones along and get back on smaller incremental releases rather than the current push-back mode.
