Instead of this, why not use www.spreadshirt.com ? They offer extremely easy to use designer program that will just knock you off your feet – just combine it with extremely high quality of products and you can have the t-shirts and other apparel you ever wanted in a matter of minutes. You can open your shop for free and sell your designs to others, they take care of everything – you receive your checks. It’s extremely easy, check it out.

Yeah, I have no interest in profit. Only in spreading the word! Did you help set these up? We should just setup both, right?

I like your idea about Cafe Press stores, we should pursue this. I have toyed myself in the past a couple of times with Cafe Press and I think I can say a couple of words about it.
For example, last week I was involved in the creation of http://www.cafepress.com/oooauthors.

Do not expect such a store to bring signifiant fundings, but may be useful even if it is used only by the members of the project to produce their own shirts, this was the reason why OOoAuthors choosed to not make any profits and sell at the lowest possible price.

An alternative to Cafe Press could be /www.spreadshirt.net, which is based in Europe. What I like to spreadshirt is that they offer various colors, including black, not only white as Cafe Press.

Unfortunately for me, is not very convenient to buy either from USA (Cafe Press) not from EU (Spreadshirt) because of high transport prices (the best option for me is to use a local shop).

As for the person which should setup the store, if it is for profit, then he should be a person living in US, because this is the simplest way to handle the money.

PS: something is broken on your blog, the articles are correclty used by Planet, but can't be readed on your site, one should have to manually add "wordpress/" in the URL
