Failed to start X11
Inkscape.app requires Apple’s X11
I guess I need Tiger to run this program.

This might not be true. You need to install X11 from your OS X install disk. It is an additional option, or an additional package. X11 the X window system for running graphical programs on UNIX-like operating systems.

Thanks for the link. I added it to the Inkscape documentation, as many ppl. are going to need that on the MAC side. How is it running? You can post bugs and whatnot to http://www.inkscape.org/
