		<description>That is good. I find that ppl. seek me out because of the OSS skills and connections. I figured it was common for OSS devs. to push for this and work extra for OSS support.</description>

		<description>You bet.  I did the same when I was a contractor for Motorola, Walgreens, AT&#38;T, and SnapOn Diagnostics.  By the time I left, there was always something in their infrastructure that was using OSS.  It always felt great.  :)</description>
